Great service, installation and communication. Probably more expensive than anyone else, but their service was great and I’ve read/researched the great quality of Kinetico. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and answered all of my questions with knowledge and patience. I especially liked the text reminders. They left the house clean and did an excellent installation. Jared was thorough in detailing how to use and maintain the K5 RO and 735 water softener system. He didn’t try to upsale me the premiere system or additional filters, which I appreciated. So excited to use them!

We called about our water softener not working and Jerod was here within 2 hours. He found the problem and went back to his shop to look for parts. He called back, said he had the parts and was fixing it and that he would be back in an hour. He came, as promised, put everything back together and our bill was about half of the original quote.
